Blackwel handles the entire HR and administrative part of the manpower rental, ensuring that both client and employees operate within clear and secure frameworks.
Employees are hired under conditions that comply with applicable legislation and relevant collective agreements, including salary, allowances and working conditions.
We ensure that employees receive the statutory benefits, including holiday pay and other employee benefits required by the collective agreements.
In addition, we handle employment contracts, payroll, registrations and necessary documentation so the process remains correct and transparent.
By centralizing HR and administration at Blackwel, the administrative burden for the client is reduced while employees experience clear conditions and professional management.
FAQ
Agreement before start
Before the start, a general cooperation agreement is concluded between the parties.
The agreement defines the framework for the delivery and ensures a smooth and efficient start of the staffing when the need arises.
For data protection reasons, CVs or personal information about employees are not shared before a signed agreement has been concluded between Blackwel and the client.
Safety and insurance
As the user company, the client is responsible for the working environment, safety and instruction of the hired workforce at the workplace.
This includes safety procedures, safety equipment and statutory work injury insurance, as the work is performed at the client’s site.
Blackwel is the employer of the workforce and handles employment contracts, payroll, holiday pay and other social costs.
However, it is solely the user company that can legally ensure the safety of the employees at the workplace.

Tools and safety equipment
The client provides the necessary tools and safety equipment, unless otherwise agreed.
Price and additional costs
The price is a fixed hourly rate (flat rate), which forms the basis for invoicing.
The hourly rate is excluding VAT and is invoiced weekly.
The flat rate includes travel, accommodation and any G days.
The following services are not included in the hourly rate and are added by agreement:
Night supplement for work between 18.00 and 06.00, calculated as the hourly rate multiplied by factor 1.8
Tool surcharge when renting tools of 25 DKK per hour excluding VAT per tool set
Any other supplements according to applicable collective agreements or a separate agreement
No additional costs are charged without prior agreement.
Time registration
Hours are registered weekly and must be approved by the client no later than Monday.
If the hours are not approved in time, the registered hours - including those not approved - form the basis for invoicing.
If the workforce does not match
In some cases, the workforce may not fully match the task.
In such situations, we initiate dialogue as quickly as possible and work towards either a replacement of the employee or a mutual solution, depending on the situation.
Hours already worked, are invoiced according to the applicable agreement, regardless of whether the workforce is later replaced.
What language the workforce speaks
For smaller assignments, we aim for all employees to speak English. For larger teams, we aim for at least half of the workforce to speak English so that daily communication at the workplace functions effectively.
