Before we can begin supplying workforce, a framework agreement is concluded between Blackwel and the client.
The agreement defines the terms, responsibilities and framework for the cooperation and ensures a fast and smooth start when future needs arise.
The agreement framework ensures clear conditions for the cooperation and provides both parties with a shared starting point.
Once the framework agreement is in place, staffing can be initiated quickly and efficiently whenever the need arises.
Workforce request
Once the agreement is in place, the client submits a specific staffing request, including the number of employees, required competencies, type of work and desired start date.
Based on the request, we select suitable profiles from our database and prepare the workforce.
We ensure a structured process where the staffing is assembled based on both professional requirements and practical conditions.
This means that the supplied workforce is ready to start and integrates efficiently into the client’s project from day one.
Delivery and follow up
The workforce starts the assignment as agreed.
We handle administration, HR, payroll, transport and accommodation and continuously follow up to ensure that the delivery meets the client’s expectations.
If necessary, the staffing is adjusted in dialogue with the client.
We maintain ongoing communication with the client throughout the entire process and ensure that the staffing works in practice.
Any adjustments are handled quickly and efficiently so the project can continue without unnecessary delays.
